Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the KW Site Design website and services. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to them.

We design, build, host, and maintain websites. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for a project are set out in a written proposal or quote agreed between us. Hosting for one-time builds is included for 2 years from launch; after that period, continued hosting requires an active care plan. We'll notify you at least 60 days before hosting would otherwise lapse.

Quotes are provided in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are valid for the period stated. Prices shown on this website may be placeholders until confirmed in a written quote.

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. One-time builds and monthly care plans are billed as agreed. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work or services. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Monthly care plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a care plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.

You agree to provide content and feedback in a timely manner, to have the right to use any materials you supply, and to keep your account credentials secure.

On full payment, you own the final website content and design deliverables we create for you, except for third-party components and any pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you as part of the service.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
